IoT Job Execution Monitoring

Automated the monitoring of job executions for over 500,000 IoT devices during Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware deployments. Accessed AWS IoT Core locally via Python scripts using Boto3 to retrieve and download execution statuses. Managed API throttling with exponential backoff and exported data to structured formats (CSV/JSON) for offline analysis.

Used Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and pandas in Python to track update outcomes, identify failed executions, and generate status reports. Integrated with AWS CloudWatch to monitor real-time device logs, conduct live diagnosis, and perform root cause analysis of update issues.
